Refunds &
Substitutions Refunds will be
provided for cancellations in writing prior to March
20th, 2002. A fee of $50 will be applied for the
processing of each refund. We regret that refunds cannot
be offered after that date. However, delegate
substitution is permitted up to and including the day of
