PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

1981–82 Structural engineer – construction foreman, structural design for LMBDS-SIDAM inc., etc.

1982–93 Associate at BVIDS
(Nuns’ Island real estate agency) – sales, marketing, interior design with clients, and management of residential projects such as:

  • Condominium Le 200
  • Les Verrières sur le Fleuve, Phases I, II, III, IV, V et VI
    A combined 900 units ($175 million sales volume)

Design and marketing consultant for the following projects:

  • Loggia sur le lac
  • Le Club Marin
    Loggia II
  • Val de l’anse
    A combined 402 units ($70 million sales volume)

1993–99 Project manager – all aspects of residential development, including construction projects such as:

  • Les Cours du Fleuve
  • Le Domaine de la Forêt
    A combined 350 units ($90 million sales volume)

1999– Vice President of Development and Construction at Proment Corporation – present management of the multidisciplinary project-design team, selection of contractors, approval of subcontracting and commission contracts.

Completed projects:

  • Club Marin III 120 units ($37 million sales volume)
  • Les Sommets sur le Fleuve :
    125 units ($47 million sales volume)
  • Domaine de la Pointe : 123 units ($39 million sales volume)
