PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Mr. Marcantonio started his career, in 1979, in the real estate field as a junior appraiser in St-Jean-sur-Richelieu. In 1981, Thomas joined Morguard Trust Company/Metropolitan Trust Company and served in various capacities from internal auditor to branch Assistant Manager. In 1990, Thomas joined Midland Mortgage Corporation as Regional Vice-President where he served for 2 years. Following which, he joined the Edgecombe Group as managing partner. In 1998, as a principal, Thomas joined Canada ICI and developed the Montreal office for Canada ICI. In the spring of 2002, Canada ICI was acquired by MCAP Financial Corporation and today Thomas is the Vice-President of the Quebec region for Canada ICI Commercial Mortgages Inc.
